The Trustees

All member families are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting – a member is a child who attends any of the settings of Cleethorpes Childcare and their adult representative.

An Annual General Meeting is usually held in the Autumn term where we have a rolling programme of electing Trustees (committee members), in line with our charitable status.  Recruitment for committee posts is generally undertaken through publicity in the childcare settings and during the admissions meetings however we are also keen to approach individuals for co-option if there is a mutual interest.  A comprehensive induction programme supports new members following their election.
